am confused and websites are so confusing

gluten free means avoid all wheat and oats and barley and rye.

wheat free means only avoiding wheat, but allowed oats/barley/rye.

wheat contains a lot of gluten, the other only contain a small amount of gluten.

try some of the companies that make gluten free food, they might have info, or linls to good reliable websites.
