use one packet of the beef to do a beef and carrot stew - serve with broccoli, runner beans and yorkshire puddings.

Cook spicy pork serve with broad bean and pea mash (cook and blitz with food blender till not entirely smooth - think chunky pate with a tbsp of water - add diced chilli, grated parmesan and black pepper) and some kind of carb.

Use mixture of seafood, salmon and basa to make a fish pie (stick runner beans in the pie) and serve with the peas and sweetcorn.

Beef and veg casserole with Yorkshire puddings using the beef, greens, sweetcorn etc?

Seafood stew - with the fish

Pork kebabs?

With the beef you can make a nice ragout to have with tagliatelli.

Salmon: make a marinade with 3tbls ketchup, 1 tbls soy, 1 tbls, honey or brown sugar and a splash of sesame oil. Marinade for half an hour and then griddle on each side, finishing off in the oven til just done. Warm the marinade through and serve with some stir fry veg and rice.

Gammon steaks: cook as per, p'raps make a parsley sauce to go with it and serve with some new potatoes and veg.

Basa (?) - I assume you mean Bass? Anyway, steam with ginger, garlic and spring onions, splash of light soy sauce and splash of water. Serve with some steamed pak choi and/or rice.

Seafood: make a risotto or a seafood paella, using the peas, sweetcorn and broad beans - I'd second pod the broad beans too, they're much nicer in something like this.

Yorkshires? Serve them with the gammon I suppose, or cooks some sausages and make an onion gravy to have a quickish toad in the whole. Well a version of anyway!
