quiche pastry raw on the bottom - can I stick it back in the oven with foil on top?

or is it doomed because I didn't blind bake the pastry for long enough?

The filling and sides are cooked (and taste quite nice!)

I don't blind bake mind. I usually do about 40 minutes at 170C.

I don't thin you really want to cook it more or the eggs will go rubbery. An undercooked pastry won't do anyone any harm.

good point actually . Sure it will be fine with some ketchup...
