DD2 until about 2 months ago would eat just about anything and everything but recently has been refusing to eat meat and has become practically vegetarian! Any tips and advice to make sure she has a balanced diet?

Lots of good advice from The Vegetarian Society

My LOs are veggie. I simply make sure they have a decent amount of protein at least twice a day - easy options are porridge made with milk for breakfast, beans on toast, scrambled eggs, lentil soup, halloumi cheese with pretty much anything :) cheese and leek sausages with mash and veg, egg mayo wraps, quorn chunks in pies. They also have a yoghurt every day. They are both large for their age (and I'm petite) and vigorously healthy :)

Keep offering meat and, at the same time, other sources of protein such as eggs, dairy products, pulses, wheatgerm foods and fortified foods with a good iron content (e.g breakfast cereals). My DB went through a similar phase at the same age and outgrew it pretty quickly.
