Id do red white blue white - because it would look nicer?

Not that Im an expert - I dont do swirls...........

I bake cakes and use a slap the icing on the top approach :o

red white blue white red white blue white....

I would do white icing around with union flag on top and blend the join with the corelating coloured swirls.

Cutting the flag out of ready roll?

I wondered about a yellow/gold crown too?

I'm fairly good with playdough

I used to be able to do swirls - well sort of mini waves maybe Hmm

ThreadWatcher I prefer a light dusting of icing sugar it's less likely to go wrong

I like the crown rather than the flag actually. or smaller crowns around the side, but i wouldnt overdo it with too much detail
