Couscous to go with chicken, chorizo and chick pea stew?

Quick question. I am making the above stew tonight and it is quite a wet, tomato-y stew. I would like to Serve it with couscous but am never very confident about how to flavour my couscous. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Plain, with olive oil or butter and more salt than you would think.

I'd do it in chicken stock, and then stir through some fresh parsley just before serving.

Yes, I definitely agree re chicken stock.

I wouldn't, I think you have enough flavours in the stew.

I just do it in some chicken stock too. I do a chicken and chick pea stew and that has cumin, turmeric, cinammon, prunes, ginger and chilli in. And I just do the couscous with a bit of boiling water then because the stew has all the flavour and the sauce soaks into the couscous. I think you could keep yours pretty plain if you have a wet and strongly flavoured sauce. Sounds lovely.
