Recipe cock up - what can I use instead of oregano and chilli flakes please?

I am making Finger-licking chicken drumsticks.

Apricot jam and dijon mustard?

Any kind of dried chilli would work really, or even fresh if you can get it fine enough...oregano's harder to swap, it's fairly distinctive

This is not going well. I have done two instructions the wrong way round .

Basil instead of oregano, if you have any.

Thanks bibbity. I have eventually got it in the oven now but I will bear it in mind for next time.
