Recipe for large family with new baby

A colleague's wife has just had her fourth child. I would like to take around a tasty meal for the family- probabably 3 adults and 3 young children. Does anyone have a suitable recipe for a main course and pudding that can be easily transported and heated up if necessary?

Big lasagne, big pasta bake, beef stew and lots of crusty bread?
Big crumble and ice cream/custard, tray bake sponge thing and custard?

Make sure she knows your coming!

Or maybe offer to do her grocery shop instead? That's what I appreciated, especially as children can sometimes be picky eaters with other people's food!
