In honour of this thread I have a casserole in the oven as we speak ! Its got stewing steak, onion, a load of mushroom and carrots and tinned toms plus stock cube, garlic, and a very large dash of Nandos Hot Peri-Peri sauce. This one is just for me and dh though, too hot for the kids.
