What can you do with bacon?

I normally cut it up and mix with honey and mayo but am a bit bored of that now.

Will be having it with salad and jacket pots.

Any fabulous ideas?

Cowboy casserole, like The Dinnerlady does....casserole made from sausages, bacon and baked beans. Dh and DD like it.

Normally I would AM.

But by the time he gets back he'll have been out the house for 12 hours working so I feel some sort of inclination to do something for him

one of our regulars is bacon with haloumi cheese (fried so not really like cheese at all!) with salad and mayo in pittas. V yummy. You could do it without the cheese though i guess.
