Bought a can of YELLOW plum tomatoes on impulse and have no idea what to do with them

So Sainsbury's TTD had an 'award winning' can of Pomodori D'Oro Plum Tomatoes - basically yellow ones - that I bought after a few too many glasses of PG when internet shopping. They are now sitting in my kitchen cupboard taunting me every time I open the door. Any recipe ideas gratefully received (and please don't say yellow bolognese!)

just use them as you would any can off tomatoes. A simple pasta sauce would probably show off the flavour best.
