helloo again
My ds is nearly 20 months and we are trying him on a milk and soya free diet however it's a lot harder than what it seems. He's very fussy with his food due to reflux. He only has certain types of food but he cabby have that any more.
He is also peg feeding tube fed too as he has severe food aversion :|
Help please
I need ideas. Hes getting sick of eating chicken boiled on gravy lol. I've tried the free from fish fingers which are shit. He won't have pureed foods or I'd go back to baby food.

Risotto using chicken stock. Use chicken and any veg lying around. No dairy, no soya anywhere near it.

poached fish using rice milk. Go one step further and turn it into a fish pie.

Waitrose have nice fish bites (frozen, like fish fingers) which are free from soya and milk - DS likes them as do I.

Can he have tomatoes?

Ds has just been growing out of his intolerances but we used to give:

Smoked salmon fillets (pricey but tasty)
Sausages
Meatballs (home made with lamb and pork mince)
Chicken burgers (blend chicken boobs, grated apple, stock cube, milk free breadcrumbs or crackers and herbs. Shape into burgers and fry)
Lamb burgers
Sweet potato - mashed or in cubes or roasted as chips
Chicken casserole - chicken cooked in stock with veg
Salmon fish cakes (tinned salmon, remove bones, mix with mashed potato and herbs, dip in beaten egg then dip in crushed cornflakes and fry)
Chicken strips - thinly sliced breasts, dipped in egg then crushed cornflakes and fry.

You can get ice cream which is free from soya and milk - called "Freedom" I think. Waitrose sell it.

Also carbs are pasta, potatoes (inc chips), sweet potatoes and rice.
