Endless sometimes, isn't it. My meal plan finished yesterday...
I have beetroot, butternut squash, mushrooms. A well stocked cupboard. Mince (beef, turkey & pork) in the freezer but would rather do a veggie meal. Already had veggie lasagne last night & risotto earlier in the week. Did nut roast last week. Can't think of anything more exciting than lentil dahl.
I could stuff the butternut squash with the mushrooms in a cheesy sauce, maybe, but what would we have it with - rice?
I want a chef.
