Fish Recipes

Would anyone care to share any novel fish recipes, please? I already make fishcakes, haddock or mackerel risotto, fish pie, salmon dishes (ie wrapped in pastry, with pasta), sweet and sour cod, and a few others involving prawns. Tried cooking sea bream for the first time at the weekend which was quite nice.

I'd love to cook more adventurous recipes with more unusual fish but am put off not knowing what to do with them!

Thanks!

Viking you can also add a few drops of tabasco sauce to the paté to give it that little something extra.

I like home made fish fingers for the kids.

Salmon with lime and chilli is good as is a good fish curry from bbc good food or healthyindian:

Also Anjum Anand has some great fish recipes;

Smoked haddock cooked with rice and orange juice. Use 1/2 and 1/2 orange juice and water - throw everything in a pan and boil/simmer until the liquid is absorbed.

Ramekins, lined with smoked salmon and then filled with finely chopped (food processor) white fish, add a dolop of creama nd oven bake.
