oh god

I was going to say hot pasta with a sauce made from creme fraiche and torn up bits of smoked salmon (and some dill if you happen to have it) and lemon juice.

dont think it would work with egg noodles though

what about this
could subsitute mascarpone for creme fresha nd spagetti for noodles

nailpolish · 09/02/2006 12:22

i have some pasta in the cupboard too

we just seem to have pasta quite a lot, thought noodles would make a change!

how would i make the sauce?

You could bake the salmon in the oven for 20 minutes, then flake it, stir in the crem faiche and then just serve with the noodles

am sure it would be fine, rose is ever so slightly sweeter, you could add a dasho of somethin sweet to compensate, apple juice, tiney bit of brown sugar etc. Good luck
