Chicken - cooking of the frozen and re-heating without lethal results

I made a chicken stew using frozen a frozen chook earlier today.

Should I now reheat it for tonghts dinner, will I kill anyone?

so you made stew using raw chicken? If so, then it will be fine to reheat later as you can cook it from raw and then reheat once in the cooked state. If you had frozen it after cooking it then you would be able to defrost and reheat it quite safely too.

Thank you! Yes, it was raw frozen, then defrosted and cooked! I got confused as I don't actually eat meat and lost track!
