They have refunded me the money because it was over double the size (and price) of the one i ordered and was not listed on the substitute list. Anyway my problem is that it didn't arrive until now and i was planning on slow cooking it with bbq sauce and coke as a previous poster recomended and it will be out of date tommorrow but will it still be ok? I wouldn't mind if it was cooked on a high heat but because it is so low in the slow cooker and dd will be eating it too i am abit worried.....?

It goes out of date tomorrow? It will be fine to cook then in a slow cooker on low

Ah it goes out of date today...will still be fine

It'll be fine - and for longer than tomorrow too. I'd still cook it as far on as the weekend if it smelled and looked OK - even in the slow cooker it'll have to reach a high enough temperature to cook through safely anyway!

If it doesn't smell off, it's not off.

Thanks ladies i was pretty sure it would be ok but now i get abit ott with the LO. It's silly really because i used to eat things way out of date as long as they smelt ok. I get abit nervous now though.
