Mountains of baby rice left over - any recipe ideas?

I know the Mumsnet concensus is that baby rice is completely useless, but I thought you might be able to help. We have several packets of baby rice left over that DD will never eat as she very quickly moved on to bigger and better things. I hate to waste it though, so my question is: do you have any recipes using baby rice? I know you can use it to thicken purees etc but I was thinking more along the lines of using it as flour to create rusks or something. Any bright ideas? I thought the collective creative Mumsnet minds would be able to help! Thanks

Mix it up in a vat of water and use it for messy play. Drop some flavouring into it and have it for pudding afterwards Grin

Maybe as a thickener for fishcakes or veggie patties instead of potato mash.

Inspired, Pascha! And yes, laptop, that sounds like a good idea, although I may give the banana flavour box a swerve for the fishcakes!

I accidentally bought the banana one when I intended to buy some Organix banana & raisin porridge, which is really rather nice. Similar packaging.
