Calling all Wood Pussy/Kenwood Chef owners - I need your help!

OK the time has come to purchase a stand mixer (I blame you lot) I've lusted after a serious Chef forever but the budget won't stretch to the Titanium I really want so I'd pretty much settled on the Prospero 288 (I want the extra wattage as I will use it for bread dough).

So now I go looking for the best deal and I can't find any in stock!

So do I...
a) Wait patiently until I can find one
or
b) get an entry level Chef with less watts and fewer attachments?

By the way I really like the fact that the Prospero comes with the food processor, can you get these for any of the Chefs or only the Titanium?

well you can get a processer attachment for the chefs and you should be able to get a decent 1000w for bread kneading for under £250

Vivipru and I both wound up with the 288 after buying classic chefs going noooooo sending them back and realising the Prospero was the best compromise until we could afford a Titanium and (this is the important bit) all the toys

I think KenWood should pay us!

Actually that's confirmed exactly what I was thinking so I guess it's going to have to be option a). Think I might give the Kenwood folks a ring and see if there is some kind of supply or production problem.
