honey roast parsnips/carrots

how long to roast?
temperature?
butter or oil?
how much honey?

Just roast them without honey, veg (rape) oil is good - around 40-50m in a hot oven, or steam/parboil first and around 30minutes in the same hot oven. Putting honey on what are already sweet veggies seems crazy to me!
