I need meals that boost iron levels AND prevent constipation

Iron for me - am pg and waning, constipation for ds who's potty training and having a mental block with poos on the potty.

So, please, your best ideas for meals to appeal to 2.5yo and a tired cook.

So far we've had baked potatoes with tinned sardines and brocolli.

drink oj with meals - helps iron absorption. Dried apricots good for DS's constipation - try tagines/stews with them lobbed in - also good for iron for you. Broccoli is great for iron - broccoli bake or pasta may hel.
