I cooked the chicken on Saturday evening.
Last night (Monday) I put all the ingredients in the slow cooker, intending to cook it overnight but I forgot to turn it on
so it was out all night. The room wasn't particularly warm or cold.
This morning the slow cooker had packed up so I boiled it all in a saucepan but only for 45 mins or so as I had to go out. I left it for about 3 hours, and now I'm boiling it up again.
Will it be safe to eat? I'm pg, in case that makes any difference.
