I made this yesterday and need to share! No one in the house would eat it, but I loved it.

Boil wholewheat giant cous-cous in stock and drain. I have the Merchant Gourmet ones from our pretty small Sainsbury.

Fry up a bag of Sainsbo fahita stir fry ready prepped veggies (fine slices peppers, red and white onions and other bits and bobs)

Bung 'em all together including the stir fry juices. Eat warm or cold. Add olives and feta if you have them or can afford them. Also chopped flat leaf parsley or coriander if you can be bothered.

SO simple and easy to make and generally great. I can't be bothered making salads a lot of the time but I can be bothered with this. Also add hemp or flax or linseed to do your self some good [busmile]

Sounds lovely. I'm the only person in our house who will eat couscous. Sainsbo's Basics feta-esque cheese is fine and only about 80p.
