What can I do that will use up chicken quarters and sweet potatoes?

You lot always come up with great ideas :)

I could make chicken and sweet potato casserole a la invention of course, but I imagine there might be more inspiring uses ...!

Rub the chicken quarters with a spice mix, roast until crisp and serve with sweet potatoes, boiled, mashed, let down with a little plain yoghurt and sprinkled with nutmeg...

I'd oven cook the whole lot...crispy chicken with sweet roast potatoes.....

Roast the quarters and sweet potatoes in the same tray, drizzled with olive oil and some rosemary. Has added benefit of creating less washing up!
