well, just put a healthy amount into your normal chili to improve it no end. it's lovely, we always do chili that way.

I made chili con carne with chocolate on saturday for the first time, and followed a recipe from my aga cookbook - basically one teaspoon of cocoa powder to every teaspoon of chili powder you put to your own taste. Kids loved it!

you make chilli

you grate in the chocolate right at the end .. about 3 minutes before
