What am I not freezing that I should be?

On two threads tonight, I have read of things I would not think to freeze. Namely, brie and celery.
A whole world of freezing could be out there. Please amaze me!

Watney - Tescos sell coconut power which is as good as canned stuff, use as much or as little as you need.

I am an avid freezer but still got loads of tips! I often freeze leftover takeaway, esp indian sauces as there is always sauce leftover.

When making something with onions, I will fry a load and freeze to use with a slow cooker recipe - I find the slow cooker doesn't really cook them and they need to be softened first .

Can homous and taramasalata be frozen? Both have such short lives, we can't eat it in the time and I hate throwing away food.
