Can you freeze small tetra-pak type juice cartons?

Dd going on a school trip tomorrow and needs packed lunch. Thinking of ways to keep it cold! If I freeze a small juice carton will it explode (or worse, get a small hole too tiny to see but leak juice all over her lunch as it thaws)?
Thanks all!

If you release the end flaps, it can expand, and then will freeze fine

yes - great idea for summer because it's slushy by the time lunch comes and nicely ice-cold.

Thanks, I'll go and put some in the freezer now! Cheers.

Not only can you freeze them, it's a useful pastry cheat!
