... Could you please give me a quick precis of how to make the kale and mushroom lasagne? I've made it before, and I have the kale and mushrooms ready and chopped, snd now I look for my copy of the book and can't find it anywhere. Just a quick overview would do (plus the quantities for the sauce or I'll wind up making too much or too little) as I hope it will all come back to me. Probably.

i found it a tad dry so add a bit more liquid

Yes, I had mentally made a note the first time I cooked it to use more sauce and make the sauce thinner -- just couldn't remember what the starting quantities were that I needed to use as a base for "more" and "thinner" Grin.

It did definitely work better with more/thinner sauce, by the way.
