I have a recipe from one of the baby websites that i still cook for my 6 and 8 year old.

Fry approx 2 teaspoons korma paste for a few minutes, add diced chicken breast, fry a bit more. Chuck in a can of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of mango chutney and some sliced carrot (fat slices). Simmer for about 20-30 minutes until cooked. Serve with mini naan and rice. You could probably add whatever random veg you like and adjust the quantity of paste according to need too.

Tastes much better than it might sound!
