I got some salmon Fishcakes on special offer in Tescos today. Going to have them for dinner tonight but a bit stumped with what to have with them other than potato wedges maybe?
Please inspire me to come up with something more interesting!
TIA.

Nice w green veg - spinach or broccoli. They already have potato in so I don't think I'd have more potato.
Or maybe salad and crusty bread.

We usually have them with corn on the cob and broccoli. They already have potato in, so I wouldn't have any more carby stuff.

How funny - we just had salmon fishcakes last night. Had them with a raw spinach leaf salad with a very simple vinagrette, a lemon wedge, and crusty bread. Yum!

I'm boring. I would have them with jacket potatoes and green beans/sweetcorn/broccoli. Maybe some nice coleslaw.

I'm supposed to be making salmon fishcakes tonight with the James Martin recipe on mumsnet tonight, having avoided it for the last week due to things happening unexpectedly or ds being ill. Sorry on phone so can't link to it but he has a recipe on there for a flavoured Mayo and suggests just serving with watercress.

Wilted spinach with lemon, butter and black pepper + new potatoes or garlic potato wedges
Sweet potato wedges + a crunchy salad with spinach, grated carrot, pepper ribbons and red onion
Homemade chips, peas with fresh mint and a wedge of lemon
