Need to use up some shepherds pie tonight. The veg I have is peppers and some small leeks, also a couple of chillis in the fridge - any thoughts on how to combine in a way that will accompany the sheps pie? Thought of just pan frying the lot perhaps, but also welcome other thoughts.
