Aaarrrggghhhh why is my honeycomb stuck to tge paper...

Is there anything I can do to get it off?

What kind of paper are you using, is it grease proof paper? I use bakewell parchment when cooking items that I want to make sure don't stick. However, not made honeycomb for years, just an idea.......l

Friggin Nigella makes it look so easy but whenever I try it ends up being bendy and jaw breakingly chewy instead of crunch. Grrrrr.

i use parchment too and it just peels off.
