Frozen quiche, like actual quiche not a group of people with similar interests

So, now I've cleared that up, if I defrost a quiche that has been frozen can I serve it cold? I bought one for my packed lunch tomorrow and Monday and DP has kindly frozen it

I'm not a quiche eater (as opposed to quiche member) but the peeps at MSE think it's fine here
