Don't buy it. If it's not there you can't eat or drink it. Give it away, hold a party, chuck it in the bin... then don't replace it. Easy.

Or go on the Paul Mckenna way of eating See our thread on the weight loss club page (we're lovely BTW) and it hardly costs a thing. it totally re educates yr attitude to food.
