Some good friends are coming over for Lunch tomorrow so have decided to do a leg of lamb. I was going to do the Heston Blumential one where he cooks it for 7 hours but I am going to Church in the morning! Any tips or hint for how to make it yummy and also what I can serve with it?

TIA,

Jules

as already suggested, stud it with rosemary, garlic, and anchovies and then serve with roasted vegetables (potatoes, swede, carrot, parsnip) all oven roasted with rosemary.
