Got one for wedding gift last june and feel really guilty that I don't use it.I cooked some good quality burgers on it once and they were really dry,as if the juices had all drained off!!
Have heard people say they love theirs.
Any ideas?

I sometimes use mine for fish fingers. Sorry not much help. Have also used it to grill chicken but this ends up dry as well. Dh thinks it's a Breville sandwich-maker and uses it to make toasted sandwiches and then wonders why they're not sealed at the edges.

We use ours lots too. We use it for fish, meat and veggies. Tuna steak is fab and takes about 1.5 minute in it.

If your food is dry when it comes out, you have possibly cooked them for too long. Things take much less time on the grill, on the whole.

Sausages, Chicken (I only do breast cut into pieces for Fajitas - takes about 4 mins!) Steaks - be steady only 1 1/2-2 mins for a medium rare (obviously if you buy thicker steaks it will be different. Pork Chops, although I haven't got the knack of those and have to do them in the oven! Mushrooms, Tomatoes

I think the key is to just have a go, remember it cooks both sides at the same time so halves your normal grilling time.
