i am totally loving wraps this month, yes those huge floury tortilla flatbreads, found some great wholewheat ones and stuffing them with a couple of combos....

=mayo, feta, olive, sundry tom, spinach, chilli, red pepper
=grated carrot, spinach, pinenuts, mayo, tomatoes...

please give me your luscious (veggie) wrap combos for me to try out!!!

Turkey, emmenthal cheese and gherkins.

Peanut butter and golden syrup Blush

Falafel, hummus, and salad. Good with lettuce, spring onion and tomatoes

Ooh use 2 (or one folded if not greedy like me) fill flat with cheese, spring onions, chilli or any combo. Cook in hot dry frying pan until golden and cheese melts (flip over halfway) v good with sour cream or chutney

Wilted spinach with a little garlic, drained and mixed with yoghurt.

Grilled aubergine slices mixed with feta.

Sliced tomatoes, onion, chips and tzatziki.

DS swears by haggis (veggie haggis is delicious) and cheese in a wrap.

dreamingbohemian · 22/02/2012 09:41

Hummus, feta, roasted veg (red pepper yummm)

For non-veggies: tuna, emmental and bacon. Sounds odd but yum.

I am going through a phase of loving them crispy baked as shells to fill my salad with. Simply bake in an oven until beginning to brown shaped into a wire sieve. Delicious!

Fold in half. Fill with ... Whatever you want plus some cheese. Dry fry.

It's a quesadilla hey presto!
