My dd wanted to watch Twilight, and I must say it was a bit of an eye opener for me. But I would still like to know about beans and milk and stuff.

Milk is better for you than Sports Energy drinks.. Who would have thought? Hmm

Baked beans on toast is very good for you. Baked beans contain 8 amino acids, and although they're low in one of the acids, combined with toast - good stuff.

Tea has a load of antioxidants and is very beneficial. Especially if brewed for 3 minutes.

There was an experiment that involved consuming 3-4 eggs as your main food source for 2 weeks. "Bad" (HDL?) cholesterol only increased a tiny amount (think it went from 2.5 to 2.7) and "good" (LDL?) cholesterol stayed the same.

What else? Ooh, chocolate is not addictive, seeing a picture of chocolate stimulates the brain as much as eating it. lies, lies, all lies. It can't be true.

Crisps. Oh god, the crisps evaluation. I think the basic message was that they're bad for you, but at least you know that because the salt content isn't hidden like in other food sources i.e. bread, sushi with soy sauce, soup?

I think that's it. Link is Food Programme.
