Uses for Charbonnel et Walker hot chocolate?

We were given a tin of this for Christmas and being luddites we don't like it as it doesn't taste like Cadbury's hot chocolate.

I'm thinking I could use it in cooking. Any ideas of how I could use it?

hot chocolate pudding or souffle
chocolate cake
as a sauce for game - hare for example and if wanted zipped up a little as before but with a bit of chilli
in a tiffin mixture

I use it in baking - put a spoonful in biscuits for a chocolate speckled look, sprinkle it on iced cakes...

I fact, I buy it specifically for baking.
