wanted - a recipe which inludes mushrooms & soya beans please

i have some soya beans in the freezer which i am eager to try out and also a load of fresh mushrooms to use up. was thinking risotto maybe, anyone have anything better? thanx

Not sure they are really a match made in heaven. Soya beans are v nice, but I'd say better in a stir fry or Asian type meal. Each to their own though and I have used the beans in place of broad beans because they don't come in that grey shell bit that broad beans do. I'd make a mushroom risotto ce soir and make an asian broth or add your soya beans to rice with some nice aromatic porky type soya sauced dish (hung shao pork yum).

Would go Asian - soya beans do not go with Italian food, dh has tried it they are just a bit wrong. We like them in rice stir fries.
