DP has requested chocolate cake for his birthday on Sunday and I don't know which recipe to pick. If it was for me I'd do a flourless number but I don't think he'd want that sort of thing. I'm considering the Hummingbird Sweet & Salty Chocolate Cake which has salted caramel sauce in between the layers.
Needs to serve 12-15 and be absolutely AMAZINGLY chocolatey.
