Frtesh tuna is lovely. If I'm in a hurry (which I always am) I just put ground papper and a little bit of olive oil, grill it, and then chopit up on a nice salad with onion, tomato, greens, and basaalmic vinegarette dressing... yum.

Also, Chicagomum recently had a tuna thread. Some nice ideas on there. You can search if you like, I'm much too lazy to link it for you now.

Teriake marinade is always good with tuna and salmon and virtually calorie free.

Mmmm. Just has fresh tuna, simply done with pepper, parsely and lemon - 1.5 minutes on a geroge grill. Perfect - and really low fat (only 1.5 WW points!).
