I am looking for a large thermal food container to take meals to someone in hospital. I found this on Amazon www.amazon.co.uk/Aladdin-30676-Bento-Box-Blue/dp/B002STGWBW/ref=sr_1_1?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1328632793&sr=1-1 but the containers are not as big as I thought they would be. Have also seen this but not sure how that really works with food if you are trying to make a meal rather then a pot of rice etc? www.amazon.co.uk/Thermos-originals-Multi-Purpose-Stainless/dp/B0001MQ8OO/ref=acc_glance_kh_ai_ps_t_4. Someone else suggested these sort of things www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dkitchen&field-keywords=blum but they also do not seem that big. Does anyone have any suggestions of what might be good? I am happy to buy a few of whatever is necessary. Many thanks.

Hi, I have an Aladin box (smaller than your picture) and a stanley food flask both of which are great for a single food portion for my dd to take to dancing/school/trips etc. I like the Aladin one as you can eat out of it like a bowl (it's been great for macaroni cheese and fruit crumble with custard) and the food flask for more soupie style food(yes everything does really just mix together - but I suppose you could buy more than one and keep things seperate) and as it's a bit more upright. I bought both of mine from Dunelm (not sure if you have one near you) but I'm sure they were cheaper than the Amazon ones

Do you think that is all that is available then? I was kind of hoping there was some super product that I had not found yet.
