Gelatin for a cheesecake - where is it in the supermarket?

Just that really - I can never find it and the staff always point me towards the flavoured stuff!

Depends on the supermarket I guess, but in my nearest (Morrisons) it is in the baking aisle.

Baking aisle. Near stuff like baking powder, vanilla essence, food colouring, etc.

in sainsburys it's in the baking section

Its usually in a flat packet a bit like an envelope.
