Can't find one of my Rick Stein books....

and need the recipe for his Pak Choi with Oyster Sauce. It's in the book which I think is his Far Eastern Odyssey one.....towards the back. He suggests it as an accompaniment to his Pork Belly recipe in the same book.

So, if anyone has it, might you be kind enough to post a rough edit on here for me. I'm sure it's pretty much as the title of it suggests, but just want to check before I make it later.

I don't have the book or recipe. But in Hong Kong it's generally just stir fry veg and you drizzle oyster sauce on top. I cant think of any other way this dish could be served. It's a common street stall or noodle bar dish.
