prob depends a bit on the pudding as some have rusk in or oatmeal. I'd say in general its a good bet for low carb tho (ate it with tinned toms on Atkins...mmmmmm!)

Recall, uk food labels already do the fibre subtraction for you.

i have been subtracting the fibre from the carbs, so i am all out now ?

i thought net carbs were the carbs minus the fibre, a bit confused Confused

They are in the US. In the UK the carbs on the label are what would be net carbs in the US. Don't subtract any more fibre. You can experiment with looking at some nuts, where if you subtracted the fibre from the carb count you'd get a minus number.

Most low-carb books for the UK market have a note on that.
