For the first time ever, I'm going to add Celery. Along with the usual bits, Beef, Potatoes, carrots, swede and onions.

Any other tasty ingrediants you use?

We always put celery - it is lovely.

We also add butternut squash, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms. Also herbs of some form.

Add for the sauce we add a dash of henderson's Relish - which is a little like Worcestershire Sauce, but local to Sheffield.

iota · 20/01/2006 16:15

oh yes herbs are essential

Nbg · 20/01/2006 16:16

Actually

I saw people trying Squirrel out on tv a few weeks ago. I think it was on Gordon Ramseys show.
