Really good FOOD PLANNER in Good Housekeeping Magazine this month

It has Anthea Turner on the cover.

I got a sub for MIL as one of her Xmas presents and she passed it on to me.

There is a 10 page food planner thing at the back, basically you cook double, then freeze half and it gives you ideas on how to reheat and eat for a later date.

I have the magazine at home and would photocopy and send it to people but I believe this is highly illegal.......
