grilled with lemon juice and black pepper, serve with new pots and salad bag.

Had this yesterday.

Poached some salmon in milk and butter very lightly, flaked it.

Added it to cooked pasta with some oliv eoil, lemon juice, black pepper, chives and creme fraiche. It was really delicious and simple.

Sometimes I wrap it in foil, bake for 20 minutes, then flake it and add it to pesto pasta and lots of veg. Yummy and healthy!

Wrap them up in Parma Ham and bake them in the oven. Serve up with fresh veggies or Puy Lentils covered in greek yoghurt or creme fraiche!

Again, I prefer my fish simply done We have salmon fillets tonight too. Planning on doing mine and Dh's on the George grill with some lemon and black pepper, and a bit of fresh parsley. DD prefers hers done in the oven, poached with a little milk, rather than on the grill. Having either jacket potatoes or rice, and some baby vegetables to go with it.
