HELP! making fish pie, poaching fish, milk curdled!

can I still sue the fish? and can i use the poaching liquid to make sauce! or do i give up!

Did the milk curdle as you were poaching?

You can rescue curdled stuff usually by whisking something cold - like an ice cube - into the sauce.

If the milk was off - you prob cant use the fish. But if it just split as you were cooking, I'd prob use it and try to thicken the milk/sauce in a roux and see what happened.
